The BIG Idea Campaign Launch Video

The concept involved aerial drone shots both outside the proposed new site and inside the current campus, along with motion tracking and compositing of graphic overlays and 3D animated elements.

With extremely tight timelines and an event fast approaching, Go2 stepped in to help pull it all together on time and on budget.

Overview

We had a lot of fun creating this video to promote The BIG Idea and raise awareness about Emily Carr University. While we were working on the main part of the video, which included drone shots and graphics, we realized that it was important to showcase Emily Carr’s greatest asset – its students. So, we went back to the university and spent a day with the students to capture their emotions and passion for Emily Carr. We believe that this addition helped us tie everything together and showcase why The BIG Idea is such a great campaign.
