When Business Television wanted to upgrade the look of their weekly TV shows main titles, credits and motion graphics content, they turned to Go 2 Productions. Vibrant complimenting colours were used to make the graphics blend seamlessly. Hexagons containing industry icons were created to be used throughout the show. Several animated screens were created for educational segments in the show. We also designed a toolkit comprising of animated lower thirds along with pre-matted this week - next week screens and creative transitions for their editors to use.
BTV called upon our services again shortly after to produce custom background plates that were to be used as a branded virtual set in the show. You can view examples of other 3D virtual sets we have designed and produced for TV and corporate projects on our 3D Virtual Sets page.

The first time you crawl on the ground to pick up scattered Cheerios is the first time you get a glimpse of how your baby sees the world. It makes you realize how different the whole world appears when you view it from a new perspective. Created to help parents understand the world from their childs point of view, the new parenting website JustAskBaby.com is a one-of-a-kind online resource for parents and parents to be.
Teaming up with Go 2 Productions, Just Ask Baby created Baby TV. As one of the core elements of the site, Baby TV currently consists of over sixty high definition, informative videos that can be watched online at the convenience of the viewer. Filmed from a babys perspective, and produced in collaboration with a team of child development experts and scientific advisors, Baby TV uses streaming video to deliver information in the form of fun, accessible science-based TV shows.
In the style of late-night TV, real-life 9 month old baby talk show host Joey introduces each entertaining and informative 5-6 minute video, providing parents with a unique perspective on their childs development while offering practical parenting tips to help parents guide their child along from milestone to milestone at his or her own pace, each episode covers an important stage in the first year of a childs life.
While many parenting books and websites emphasize physical development Just Ask Baby focuses on social, emotional and intellectual growth in the critical early years of a childs life. All of the content on Just Ask Baby is based on proven scientific research and understanding that has emerged over many decades of work by some of the greatest thinkers in this discipline, including Sigmund Freud, Jean Piaget and Erik Erickson among others. In fact, Just Ask Baby even has its own Chief Scientific Advisor, the highly respected Dr. David Elkind Ph.D., one of the leading thinkers, researchers and teachers on child development in his generation. Dr. Elkind is the author of more than a dozen books, including The Hurried Child and The Power of Play, and is currently professor emeritus of Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.
All 60 episodes were filmed and produced at Go 2 Productions in house green screen studio.

When Legacy Entertainment approached us to produce the next Party Line TV Commercial, a variation of the Chat Line service, they wanted to get away from the traditional girl on the couch type TV Commercial. After a quick brainstorming session we came up with the idea of showing how the party was actually taking place inside the phone.
We decided to do this by using pre-shot footage of people dancing and partying in front of a green screen and using only the silhouettes for the commercial. As the phone bursts open it gives the viewer a brief glimpse of the party currently unfolding right now. There are couples chatting and dancing around the phone and our main female character dancing on the keypad, towards the end of the commercial we see our hero guy materialize in front of the girl as he dials in to the party. The phone then slams shut as they continue their conversation behind closed doors.
We built and animated a 3D phone using Cinema 4D then brought it all together in After Effects where we added particles, colorization and lighting effects. Several versions of the commercial were produced from a master render to allow us to cut 2 minute, 1 minute and 30 second spots containing different locations and phone numbers.

A very successful TV commercial for the DeDutch Pannekoek House franchise. We went to one of the DeDutch restaurants to shoot the commercial in just 4 hours with a professional food stylist, the food was prepared in the actual restaurant that morning.
By keeping it simple with a catchy jingle, voice over and title motion graphics we managed to deliver two versions of the commercial with the footage we shot, for the price of one.
Its a taste experience.

Sherwood Park Dodge wanted a car showroom ad with a different approach, they wanted to stay away from the glossy appearance of other showroom commercials out there and keep it real simple, just like their service... plain and simple with no hidden gimmicks. We produced 4 commercials for this client, each one was kept very minimal as requested.
This version, called The Ad Guru, played on the experience they had received by ad agencies they approached before eventually deciding on having Go 2 Productions produce their commercials.
Three of the commercials were fun and quirky, each with a little twist to make them memorable. The fourth, while remaining simple, had a little more of a serious approach to tie the series of commercials together. All four commercials were shot in just one day at Go 2 Productions.
