Each of the four event locations was very different in size and architecture, so we needed to create a solution that would make each event equally stunning.

A custom stage set was designed by Go2 and shipped to each of the four locations to ensure consistency. We then designed and built a projection mapping launch experience that would be identical in each location along with keynote presentation elements. 

The Challenge:

Ensuring guests of each location had the same experience was the biggest challenge for this project, as each of the locations was very different in size. We took all the location layouts into consideration and designed and built a custom set piece that fit each of the presentation halls and dressed the larger locations to feel smaller and more intimate, working well with the set. The final set came out to be 36 feet wide and over 20 feet tall.

Doing it this way meant we only needed to produce one set of animations, keeping the budget and experience manageable.

The Results:

Managing 4 locations worldwide can be a challenge for any company, but with Go2’s production management team taking care of everything, we managed to ensure each location had an equally memorable experience.
